Welcome to the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Central University of Jammu. The department offers B. Tech. degree in two programs, B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering and B. Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering –Avionics (under the mentorship of IIST-ISRO). Our sincere goal is to transform this department into a thoughtful hub of knowledge with outstanding faculty and efficient administration, serving the interests of society as a whole and providing us with inspiration in the process. The department takes great pride in providing its students with high quality, application-based education and hands-on training that equips them to meet the demands of the rapidly evolving technical and corporate world. An outstanding library within the university campus and in the department, along with well-established laboratories, improves subject knowledge. The department offers a platform for research in developing field through its research centre, SDCSS -Satish Dhawan Center for Space Science (ISRO) and facilitates study on latest technologies. In addition to regular classwork and lab teachings, the department and students conduct seminars and colloquia to engage with distinguished individuals and gain insight into the most recent advancements in the Electronics and Communication sector.
